CEM AM-D Self-priming centrifugal DIESEL motor pumps made in bronze (slow suction priming) however capable of transferring or supplying large flows of liquid. They are widely used in the nautical sector to empty bilges and for fire-fighting equipment

The particular impeller shape allows the transferring of liquid with small solid parts in water suspension

In the event of an engine room fire and complete loss of main engines and power, having a pump that can deliver up to 1,700 litres a minute may buy you the time until help arrives. We have also supplied this pump type with a skid and wheels for use near a coast or river for emergency pumping whilst off-grid, with the capability of handling small solids it is perfect for this rugged role
