Raccorderie Metalliche has two production plants in Italy, extending over an area of more than 84.000 sq. m, as well as 3 branch offices in foreign Countries (Germany, France and Spain) ensuring the distribution of our products in more than 60 Countries of the world.

Tooling
Certified tooling for any Raccorderie Metalliche press-fitting system
The press-fitting system consists of three key components: the joints, the pipes and the pressing machines
The machines should press the joint on the pipe. This electro-mechanical tooling acts on the joint pressing through jaws and collars according to the specific diameter, thus deforming the joint and providing for the required mechanical tightness. Each pressing machine accurately presses the joint for the best possible and repeatable pressing. Raccorderie Metalliche (AKA RACMET) decided to turn to Klauke and Novopress, world leaders in Press-fitting tools. Raccorderie Metalliche in fact approves and certifies plants made with such tooling for water and gas applications as well. Being fundamental for the Press-fitting system, the different models and relating pressing machine performances are tested by the Raccorderie Metalliche laboratory, as to always offer the best possible results to installers
